Frank is a father of four and he currently resides in Snell Isle with his wife, Rebecca, and youngest daughter, Aubrey. He has lived in Snell Isle for over thirty years and can’t imagine wanting to live anywhere else.
Rebecca Malowany is a Tampa Bay native who has worked in the real estate industry since 2004. Prior to joining Smith & Associates Real Estate, Rebecca worked for the luxury boutique firm Select Properties of Virginia – Christie’s Great Estates, where she was honored as one of the company’s leading agents. Rebecca earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Florida State University and her Master’s Degree from the George Washington University in Washington D.C. Rebecca has lived and worked in many cities across the United States and around the world.
Rebecca specializes in the sale of luxury homes, waterfront property, historic estates, land development, and investment property. Rebecca also is experienced in representing the interests of international buyers looking for investment or relocation opportunities in the United States. Rebecca currently resides in Snell Isle with her husband, Frank and step-daughter, Aubrey. Rebecca says that she loves living in Snell Isle because ” it is a private, suburban community all while being within walking distance of Downtown St. Petersburg.” Her favorite thing about living in the Tampa Bay area is the unlimited access to the water and the 300 plus days of sunshine a year!
