Rebecca Malowany, Broker-Associate
Rebecca is the Team Leader of the Malowany Group with over 24 years of real estate sales experience. She specializes in the sale of luxury homes, waterfront property, condominiums, historic estates, land development, investment property, and luxury rentals.
Rebecca is a widely recognized community leader and member of a multitude of charitable organizations in St. Petersburg. These include: The Museum of Fine Arts, St. Petersburg, Board of Trustees; The Margaret Acheson Stuart Society; Infinity, The League to Aid Abused Children & Adults; The Queen's Court, Inc.; St. Petersburg Women’s Chamber of Commerce; Boley’s Angels of Boley Centers, Inc.; SPCA of Tampa Bay; CASA (Community Action Stops Abuse); Suncoast Centers, Inc.; Brookwood Florida, and many others. She also is a member of the St. Pete Yacht Club and Vinoy Golf and Country Club.
Rebecca earned her Bachelor's Degree from Florida State University and her Master’s Degree from the George Washington University in Washington D.C. She resides in Snell Isle with her husband and business partner, Frank, and their menagerie of beloved rescue dogs.
Frank Malowany, Broker-Associate
For over 43 years, Frank Malowany has built a reputation as one of the true power-players in Tampa Bay's real estate market. His clientele includes corporate leaders, high-ranking business officials, professional athletes, celebrities, and prestigious professionals from all corners of the globe.
Frank is considered one of the quintessential ground-breakers in Tampa Bay's luxury real estate industry and he holds a multitude of real estate record-breaking sales throughout the Bay area. Between his list of contacts, vast knowledge of the Tampa Bay real estate market and affiliations with numerous clubs and charitable organizations, he is unsurpassed locally.
Frank is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a business degree in accounting. Upon graduation, he founded Snell Isle Realty and later St. Petersburg Realty. Following the sale of his firm to a national real estate corporation, he helped launch the Smith & Associates' office in St. Petersburg. Frank has lived on Snell Isle for over 40 years and it is where he raised all four of his children!
Frieda Marhee, Realtor
Frieda is a lifelong Floridian and has many years of experience as a marketing and telecom executive. Her role as a Realtor with Smith & Associates allows her to help clients find the ideal home.
Frieda and her husband live in Shore Acres and have also lived in the historic Jungle Prada neighborhood.
She earned her BA at the University of Florida and an MBA from the University of South Florida. The support for her clients and successful track record highlight her ability to manage the property sales process, negotiate the best deal, and always prioritize the clients’ best interest.
