Downtown St. Petersburg and Pinellas County are experiencing a record boom in condo sales! Today’s Tampa Bay Times reports that Pinellas and Pasco Counties are seeing a four-year high in sales, while Hillsborough County has its second-best month ever! This is good news for our area. The Malowany Group’s record sale of a penthouse on St. Pete’s Beach Drive, for $6.9 Million, also got a nod in the article.
